Dr. Tannaz Farnoudi - Mancini
Doctor of Chiropractic & Certified Athletic Trainer
Get to know me…
Hi, I’m Dr. Tannaz, a chiropractor and certified athletic trainer based in Northern Virginia. I’ve been a chiropractor since 2018 and have worked with people from all walks of life—professional athletes, first responders, parents, high schoolers, grandparents, and even newborns. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, preparing for birth, or just trying to feel better in your body, I’m here to help you move and live better!
I grew up in Fairfax, went to Chantilly High School, and earned my bachelor’s in Athletic Training from George Mason University. I later received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College and am licensed in both chiropractic and physiotherapy. Over the years, I’ve added certifications in dry needling, cupping, yoga-based rehab, and aesthetic acupuncture—giving me a well-rounded, hands-on approach to treatment.
My interest in this field started from a genuine love of human anatomy and a desire to help people recover from pain and injury. That passion has only deepened over time, especially after becoming a mom myself. I had my first baby—a daughter—in 2025 via C-section, and that experience has shaped how I approach prenatal and postpartum care in the clinic. I understand what it’s like to be in a healing body, trying to stay strong for yourself and your family.
My treatment style is active, tailored, and results-driven. I combine muscle release work, chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and movement retraining to get to the root of pain and dysfunction—not just treat the symptoms. On a day to day I treat sports injuries, chronic pain, sciatica, lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain, pre/post-natal care, and facial rejuvenation with acupuncture and many other conditions related to the musculoskeletal system. My approach covers a broad range of conditions providing comprehensive care tailored to your needs.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me at Lifetime Fitness playing pickleball, doing yoga, swimming, cooking, or spending time with my family. As a military spouse and a mom, I know the importance of feeling supported, grounded, and cared for—I treat my patients like they are my own friends and family, creating a community where each person receives the time and attention tailored to their unique needs. I aim to offer that to every patient who walks through my door.
I’m excited to meet you and help you get out of pain to reach your health goals!
